1.Token once booked will not be Cancelled (or) cannot be rescheduled, Amount is non refundable.
టోకెన్ ఒకసారి నమోదు చేసిన తరువాత రద్దు ( లేదా ) వాయిదా చేయబడదు.డబ్బు వాపస్ ఇవ్వబడదు.
2.Mobile number which is entered at the time of booking will receive appointment message from our hospital ID. Hence it is requested to bring that mobile only (Forwarding this message to another mobile is not valid).
అప్పాయింట్మెంట్ నమోదు కొరకు మీరు ఇచ్చిన ఫోను నంబర్ కు అపాయింట్మెంట్ తేదీ,సమయం వివరములు మెసేజ్ వచ్చును . అందువలన మీరు తప్పకుండా అదే మొబైల్ తీసుకొని రావలెను.(ఈ మెసేజ్ మరొక నంబర్ కు ఫార్వర్డ్ చేసినచో ఆ మెసేజ్ వర్తించదు).
3.Patients should be in time for consulting the Doctor as per the time mentioned in message.
పేషెంట్స్ నమోదు చేసుకున్న సమయమునకు రావాలి.టోకెన.
4.In case of any Emergency doctor appointment might be delayed or rescheduled,the rescheduled date & time will be informed to the registered patients through Message.
అత్యవసర పరిస్థితులలో డాక్టరు గారు అందుబాటులో లేని యెడల అప్పాయింట్మెంట్ తేదీ మరియు టైం ను మార్చబడును.మార్చిన తేదీ మరియు టైం ను మెసేజ్ ద్వారా తెలుపబడెను.
